The Chef de Partie Pastry & Bakery will be supervised by the Chief Pastry & Bakery Chef in the Pastry and Bakery Galley section, and will assist in the preparation, production, and service of high-quality Patisserie, dessert and ice creams for our guests, ensuring that recipes and presentations are followed accurately maintaining company standards. Completes all tasks as mandated by the direct Supervisor, such as but not limited to: enforcing all sanitation and USPH standards in the assigned areas of work, proper food preparation (washing, sterilizing, peeling, prepping), maintains organization of work area, store, and chambers, assists with proper food preparation, possesses basic confectionery and baking skills (sponge cake, shortcake, puff pastry, white bread, etc.), possesses basic Japanese food preparation skills for sweets and confectionery.
