Support Group-level budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, working closely with regional finance teams to challenge assumptions, validate key drivers and deliver timely, accurate and insight-led submissions. Prepare financial and management reporting with robust variance analysis, trend analysis and KPI tracking, translating movements against budget, forecast and prior periods into clear insights and practical recommendations for senior management. Perform data mining, data validation and root-cause analysis across large datasets from ERP, consolidation, reporting and operational systems to identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers. Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models and automated reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility. Manage organised financial data collections with clear logic, definitions and attribution, ensuring information is reliable, traceable and readily accessible for different reporting and analytical applications. Support financial systems and reporting tools, including ERP, consolidation platforms and BI solutions, covering UAT, system enhancement, data mapping, master data governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply AI-enabled tools, automation techniques and advanced analytics to streamline recurring finance processes, improve data quality and support faster decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting processes, dashboards, business insights and self-service analytics capability. Act as a strong finance transformation support resource by helping to standardise processes, document workflows, challenge manual practices and promote the adoption of digital finance tools across the Group. Perform ad hoc analysis, transformation support and other tasks assigned by managers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline. Strong financial analytical capability, with the ability to translate large volumes of data into clear insights, practical recommendations and business actions. Minimum 3-5 years of combined accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or finance transformation experience in a sizeable MNC or complex business environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data cleansing, modelling and automation of recurring reports. Hands-on Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard design, report development and the ability to build user-friendly management reporting outputs. Experience in querying, extracting and analysing large datasets using SQL, Power Query or equivalent tools; exposure to Python, R or other analytics tools would be an advantage. Practical understanding of ERP, consolidation, reporting or financial planning systems, with experience in UAT, data mapping, system enhancement or master data management preferred. Curiosity and confidence in using AI-enabled tools, automation and digital solutions to improve finance processes, reporting efficiency and analytical quality. Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
