This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Crewing Manager with a background in small vessels. We are also keen to speak with high-performing Crewing Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career, provided they have at least 4–5 years of relevant experience. Location: Dubai Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience) Key Requirements Proven experience in maritime crewing, with exposure to small vessels being essential. Previous experience managing crew planning, mobilization, certifications, and compliance. Strong understanding of maritime regulations and crew administration. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. Open to ambitious Crewing Coordinators seeking to progress into a managerial position, with a minimum of 4–5 years' industry experience.
