Sign up free to apply →Join our team as a Contracts & Procurement Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact within our project delivery division by providing administrative support to both the Contracts & Procurement team. This position is available as both a Full-time & Part-Time (3 days minimum, flexible hours to suit, Pro-rata) considerations. Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist with RFQ, tender & supplier evaluation processes Maintain contract registers & procurement database Monitor contract renewals & compliance Liaise between with external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods & services Support contract administration including document preparation & amendments Maintain supplier documentation, certifications & compliance records Contribute to process improvements Provide general personnel and administrative support. Requirements Tertiary qualification in a relevant field – preferred but not mandatory Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant role Strong understanding of contract & commercial management Ability to effectively prioritise & deliver within timeframes Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures and disciplines.
