Sign up free to apply →Prepare and issue monthly invoices (e.g. Cadet Training Fund, external manning fee, etc.) accurately and on a timely basis, ensuring proper billing control Prepare full set of accounts for companies including monthly and annual financial reports Compile accounts receivable reports and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collection Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing, receipts, and customer accounts Support month-end closing, including on accounts receivable reconciliations, schedules, and assigned Management Reporting Pack (MRP) items (including dormant companies). Process Concur reports and answer enquiries related to Concur staff claims and other invoicing issues; proactively monitor the outstanding claims and cash advance balance Assist with audit requests and maintain proper documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizable company Strong business acumen and analytical mindset Detail-minded, responsible and able to meet deadlines Hands-on, self motivated, agile and able to work independently Short notice or immediate available is preferable Benefits About Anglo-Eastern Anglo-Eastern is a global leader in independent ship management services.
