Brokerage Fee Billing: Managed brokerage fee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements Review and verify transactions against PowerBI/Eyeshare, resolve discrepancies with customers, and ensure invoices comply with contractual terms Accounts Receivable Management: AR aging review and follow up with customers for timely collections Coordinate with Treasury to ensure payments are processed promptly to suppliers Corporate Reporting: Prepare and review monthly reporting packs and schedules Ensure accuracy and timely submission to Group Finance Provide clear variance analysis on financial results Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and review financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field 4-5 years accounting experience preferably from sizeable company Experience in using Accounting ERP, knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP system will be of definite advantage Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin Strong understanding of tax regulations and IFRS standards Proactive and the ability to work independently Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills Member or student member of HKICPA or equivalent qualification is preferred Experience leveraging IT tools for process improvements is highly valued Benefits About Anglo-Eastern Anglo-Eastern is a global leader in independent ship management services.
