The Fitness Coach is responsible for conducting yoga and sports classes for individuals or groups. Educating guests on the benefits of yoga and sports activities, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Strong knowledge of various yoga styles, techniques, and poses as well as thorough knowledge of sports equipment use and techniques. The Fitness Coach must be knowledgeable of all fitness offerings at the spa, hold current certifications, have formal personal training experience. Excellent communication skills are required in order to provide the highest quality environment and instruction that will meet the needs of our guests in the area of health and exercise.
