Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with internal teams and Accounts to reconcile claim bookings and respond to insurer/shipowner queries. Proceeds & payments: Follow up settlement proceeds, coordinate reimbursement and claim handling fees, and maintain records. Reporting: Provide regular claim status reports for external and internal stakeholders.
