This opportunity is open to recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of professional experience who hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Candidates completing their studies in 2027 are expected to start in autumn 2027. Applicants who have already graduated and have up to two years of professional experience may be considered for an earlier start date. As part of DOF's Commercial team, you will be involved in the commercial management of offshore projects from the early opportunity phase through tendering, contract negotiation, project execution, and close-out. You will support a wide range of commercial activities, including pricing, contract management, variation orders, risk assessments, and commercial strategy. Working closely with colleagues across commercial, technical, legal, tax, finance, and operational disciplines, you will gain insight into how complex offshore projects are developed, negotiated, and delivered. As part of the team responsible for securing new business and supporting ongoing projects, you will contribute to maintaining DOF's project backlog and supporting future growth. You will work on a wide range of offshore opportunities, each with its own commercial, contractual, and operational challenges. We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable taking ownership. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to key commercial decisions, and the opportunity to develop into a commercial professional within a global offshore business. Tasks: Support commercial strategy development, tender preparation, pricing, business cases, and proposals. Review contracts, identify risks, and support negotiations with clients and partners. Collaborate with technical, operational, legal, and finance teams to develop competitive solutions. Support contract administration, variation orders, and other commercial activities during project execution. Requirements Educated to bachelor’s or master's degree level, preferably within Business, Law, Finance, Engineering or similar 0-2 years of professional experience.
