Lead from the Front in Queensland's Industrial Hub EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisor Boilermakers for upcoming shutdown, maintenance, and project opportunities across the Gladstone region. If you're a hands-on leader with strong fabrication, welding, and maintenance experience who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments, we'd like to hear from you. About the Role As a Supervisor Boilermaker, you will be responsible for leading work crews, ensuring safe execution of maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes across a range of industrial projects. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating boilermaker crews Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture Planning and allocating daily work activities Monitoring workmanship and quality standards Liaising with site management and project teams Assisting with shutdown, maintenance, and project execution Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope Requirements What We're Looking For Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking Previous experience leading crews within heavy industry Strong shutdown and maintenance experience Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in high-pressure operational environments Current Driver's Licence Relevant site inductions and tickets (desirable) Full Australian Working Rights Recent Police Clearance Benefits Why Join EnerMech?
