This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences at sea. Your Role: Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency. Lead, coach and develop junior members of the culinary team. Monitor food production, service and final plating. Maintain food cost, portion control and minimise waste. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Public Health and sanitation standards. Support the smooth and efficient daily operation of the galley. Requirements: Minimum 8 years' professional culinary experience. Minimum 2 years' management experience within luxury hospitality or an upscale cruise line. Strong culinary, leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of food quality, cost control and HACCP. Professional chef apprenticeship or Degree in Culinary Arts.
