Financial Consolidation Management: Oversee and manage group financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all statutory reporting and budgeting processes. Executive Reporting and Insights: Lead the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial reporting for senior management and the Board, providing clear analysis of performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. Global Finance Leadership: Partner with regional and local finance teams to ensure consistent execution of the Group’s finance agenda, strengthen reporting discipline, and promote alignment across jurisdictions and business units. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the Group’s statutory financial reports adhere to all relevant financial regulations and standards. Audit and Stakeholder Management: Lead key aspects of the Group’s external audit process, manage senior-level interactions with auditors and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of significant accounting, reporting, and control matters. Process Excellence and Controls: Drive finance process improvements, automation, standardisation and control enhancements across the Group, ensuring scalable and sustainable ways of working. Policy Development: Lead the review and update of the Group’s accounting policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements. Finance Transformation: Lead or co-lead finance transformation and digitalisation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, reporting automation, dashboard development and other system-enabled improvements that strengthen finance capability and decision support. New Business Line Support: Support the establishment of new business lines, such as Environmental Compliance. Global Tax Planning: Play a key role in supporting global tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing requirements and cross-border structuring matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure alignment with the Group’s commercial objectives and compliance obligations. Financial Planning and Analysis: Co-lead to enhance the Group’s financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, performance review and the preparation of actionable insights for senior management.
