Conduct regular compensation analysis, market research, and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and equity. Perform ad hoc deep‑dive statistical analysis to identify trends, pay gaps, compression issues, and internal equity risks. Track record of success leading compensation programs, with 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in a multi-national company. Demonstrated experience working with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE highly preferred) including job matching, slotting, and governance. Experience managing compensation structures (salary ranges, pay bands, job catalogues) across multiple geographies. Exceptional analytical, quantitative and modelling capability, including sophisticated Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Proven ability to work autonomously; a self‑starter who proactively identifies issues, drives solutions, and delivers work with minimal supervision. In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Well versed with external rewards trends, strong external network. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence key stakeholders. Ability to deal with issues in a fast-paced but ambiguous working environment, retaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude. Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) are advantageous.
