The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role supports production efficiency, safety compliance, and equipment reliability. Job Description: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DHDA, gas booster, AZ pump, machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose faults and repair or replace defective components Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Collaborate with operations teams to minimize production downtime Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory Requirements Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong knowledge of, Mechanical systems (pumps, motors, bearings),Basic electrical systems, Hydraulics and pneumatics.
