This presents a prime opportunity for an accomplished Chef to elevate their career with a renowned cruise line, widely regarded as one of the premier employers in the industry.Ideal candidates will possess: Minimum of 2 years in the position as Sous Chef with luxury brands and high-end cuisine. Prior experience on 5-star or 6-star Cruise ships/Hotels. Strong USPH background. Demonstrated expertise in managing a high level of cuisine and assisting in the daily operation of a cruise ship galley or similar. Valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain.
