Roster: 7D7N14X ex Perth Fortescue is currently recruiting an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician to join the Kings Valley OPF. Key Responsibilities Scope continuous improvement opportunities. Raise notifications and work orders. Perform breakdown maintenance and fault finding on fixed plant. Conduct preventative maintenance on fixed plant. Complete modular and shutdown maintenance. Carry out statutory testing and inspections. Qualifications and Experience Electrical trade qualification and current WA ‘A’ Class Electrical Workers Licence. High Voltage ticket with experience in HV switching. Previous experience as an Electrical Tradesperson or Electrical/Instrumentation Technician in a continuous operating plant environment, with maintenance experience preferred. Experience with PLC systems, control communication systems and basic instrumentation. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Variable Speed Drives. Strong understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems, with SAP or other computer-based maintenance system experience desirable. About Us Be part of something big.
