Conduct candidate sourcing and outbound calls to prospect applicants, screen qualifications, verify availability, and maintain regular communication with potential candidates for current and future vessel requirements. (TAP, Jot form, referrals , FB, Linkedin Etc. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by updating candidate TAP database, recording call outcomes in the recruitment system, and continuously identifying qualified seafarers who meet company and vessel requirements. Support recruitment activities and coordination by scheduling interviews, assisting in candidate endorsements, following up on application requirements, and ensuring timely recruitment progress to meet vessel takeover manpower demands.
