Can I store my White Card, Standard 11 and Coal Board medical?↓
Yes. CertVault holds every kind of ticket a FIFO, mining or construction worker carries — White Card / Construction Induction, Standard 11 generic mining induction, Coal Board / pre-employment medicals, HR / HC / MC licences, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres, EWP, Forklift (LF), Dogging & Rigging, First Aid / CPR / LVR, and any site-specific inductions. Snap a photo and it reads the details for you.
What about my VOCs and site inductions?↓
Store them all. VOCs (Verifications of Competency) sit alongside your tickets, and site inductions have their own spot so you can show a recruiter exactly which sites you are already inducted for. When an employer looks at your profile, your inductions are right there.
Will it remind me before a ticket expires?↓

Can I send all my tickets to a recruiter or supervisor at once?↓

Do I have to type in every ticket by hand?↓
No. Take a photo of the ticket (or upload a PDF) and the AI reads it — it fills in the ticket name, issuer and expiry date for you. You just check it is right and save. It works for cards, certificates and licences.
I hold a High Risk Work Licence — can I add all my classes?↓
Yes. There is a dedicated High Risk Work Licence card: add the front and back, your licence number and expiry, and tick every class you hold (scaffolding, dogging & rigging, cranes, forklift, EWP, and more). Holding a class on your HRWL counts toward your profile, so you do not need to upload a separate certificate for each ticket on the card.
