Job Description Take your pastry career to sea with an ultra-luxury cruise line, delivering exceptional culinary experiences aboard an intimate fleet of small luxury ships. This opportunity would suit an experienced Executive Pastry Chef from a five-star luxury hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant, exclusive resort or ultra-luxury cruise background. Experience within high-end hospitality is essential, with previous shipboard experience preferred. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a highly personalised onboard environment, catering to a discerning international clientele. The opportunity As Executive Pastry Chef, you'll lead the pastry operation, creating and delivering exceptional desserts, pastries and baked goods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Working aboard intimate ships carrying approximately 500 guests, you'll oversee pastry production, maintain meticulous attention to detail and lead a team dedicated to delivering a refined, personalised culinary experience. What you'll need Essential Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef Experience within a five-star luxury hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant, exclusive resort or ultra-luxury hospitality environment Proven ability to deliver exceptional pastry and dessert standards Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills A high level of attention to detail and presentation Availability to join at short notice Preferred Previous shipboard experience Experience within ultra-luxury hospitality or luxury cruise operations Contract & package Salary: from USD 5,000 per month Rotation: 4 months onboard / 2 months off Private medical benefits Family travel benefits Intimate, ultra-luxury cruising environment Career development opportunities Interested?
