Roster: Floating 8D6R (in line with the shutdown schedule) – FIFO ex Perth Reporting to the OPF Central Services Coordinator, this role will be responsible in suppling technical support to the shut and maintenance teams, additional labour support and leadership during Mod outages and Major shutdowns. You will also play an active part in improving maintenance practices and strategies. This permanent full-time position is within the Central Maintenance Department of Solomon and Eliwana Process Plant Facilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with compliance in planning and execution in outages and shutdowns. Conducting field interactions. Identify, develop safe work instructions for Maintenance plans. Identify and implement continuous improvement maintenance strategies. Precision component replacements during shutdowns and weekly maintenance e.g. gearbox, conveyor brake MMD sizers, conveyor pullies. Leading high performance team during shutdown and weekly maintenance activities. Qualifications and Experience Mechanical Trade and Schedule 26 qualification. Previous mechanical maintenance experience and process plant in mining. Experience in maintaining MMD sizers, Metso MP1000 and 1250 cone crushers and custom and svendberg conveyor brakes. Proven commitment to safety and demonstrated safety leadership. Experience with computer maintenance management systems (SAP). About Us Be part of something big.
