The account owner plus each coworker with permanent access. Everyone gets their own login and MFA, and every action is attributed to the person who did it. Expiry-dated holiday-cover access is free and doesn't use a seat.
What does "unlimited managed workers" mean?
Every plan includes up to 500 active managed workers — roughly ten times a typical 30-seat operation. It's a fair-use boundary, not a meter: you will never be automatically charged extrafor growing past it. If you do, we'll simply get in touch about an enterprise plan, and your access never changes without at least 30 days' notice. Full detail in the Employer Terms.
Do workers pay anything?
No — workers own their credential wallet and public profile free, forever. Your plan covers your staff logins, not the workers you manage.
Is GST included?
Prices are ex GST. Any applicable GST is calculated and itemised at checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, and you can manage or cancel any time from the billing portal.
